In order to continue offering great prices, we must insist that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do everything we can to provide accurate information on our website as well as double check your order when processing so that you will get exactly what you need. If by chance we make a mistake on our behalf and ship a different item from what you have ordered, we will do everything we can reasonably do to correct the problem quickly and at our expense. If by chance you order an item incorrectly we will not be able to accept the parts for return. It is your responsibility to double check all parts BEFORE order is placed. No orders will be able to be cancelled after they are processed. In the event a package is refused upon delivery, we will NOT refund your money or offer any store credit. You will have forfeited your product - NO EXCEPTIONS! We strive to have all orders shipped within 1 business day, but occasionally some special order items are not able to ship for up to 3-5 business days. We try not to place items on our website that cannot ship within a max of 2 business days unless otherwise noted. If these items are ordered and urgent shipping is selected, we will contact you with the option to ship when available, or cancel the order. If at this time you choose to continue with the order, it will be considered a final sale and will no longer be able to be cancelled. On items backordered from the manufacturer, we will contact you to inform you of an ETA (estimated time of arrival). If you choose to leave this item on backorder, we will process as a final sale and order will not be cancellable unless we cannot ship by the ETA previously stated, in which case you will have the option to then cancel your order without any financial liability whatsoever.
In the rare occasion an item is damaged upon shipping, damages must be noted with the shipping company upon receiving your packages(s) and claims are to be filed with the shipping company. We insure packages of high value upon shipment so that in the case they are damaged upon shipment, you will be entitled to reimbursement from the carrier.
